If you cancel your party two weeks prior, you may get your deposit back. However after the two week time you will not get your deposit refunded. If you need to move your party to a different date, we will work with you as much as possible to accommodate your request.
A party host acts as a waitress would in a restaurant. They will greet your party and get you all checked in, help you serve food and beverages, take pictures as your party is going happening. If you had a great host and are happy with your experience we do encourage our guest to tip their party host

No, parents do not have to jump with the children. The Hub Fly Zone offers a Sawyer’s Little Flyer Park that only allows children 5 and younger to jump in. Older children and adults can jump in the main trampoline park.

By signing the waiver, you are acknowledging the inherent risks in jumping on a trampoline or obstacle and agreeing to not hold The Hub Fly Zone legally accountable for any injuries that may occur. Being environmentally friendly is a high priority for The Hub. The online waiver allows us to search you in the database system, the electronic waiver is good for up to 3 years.
No, you cannot sign a waiver for a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian

If you want to jump, you are required to fill out the waiver. Your birth date proves you are a legal adult, you address and phone number are ways to contact you in case of an emergency. Yes, we are offering a Fly Zone Youth Membership for $40 a month, per child. We are also offering a Fly Zone Family Membership for $99 a month, per family. You may add an additional family member to your pass for an additional $20 a month. The card on file will be charge on the 5th of each month. To cancel a membership, you must be present and come to The Hub during business hours.
