The Hub Trampoline Park & Ninja Warrior course is a must-visit if youre looking for family activities or kids activities in Council Bluffs! At The Hub, we LIVE for fun. Parents can relax in our adult lounge while the kids burn off some energy. Our adult lounge has four 65-inch TVs that play non-stop sports, popular TV shows, and movies.The trampoline park features an open jump, dodgeball, dunk hoops, jousting beam, trapeze bar, and trick boxes into a large airbag.Don’t think we have forgotten about the littles. We know about the young kids all too well, they take a lot of work! The Hub has two rooms designed for toddlers at play. Our first area, the Jr. Ninja Warrior course, boasts a large soft-play two-story obstacle course!We also have a toddlers-only trampoline area that has an open jump space, mini dunk hoop & trampoline slide into foam blocks. Your little ones won’t want to leave! We've made it easy on parents by placing benches near the exits for easy viewing and keeping track of those escape artists.

The Hub Ninja Warrior Course Near Omaha in Council Bluffs, IA

The ninja warrior course will test your strength as the goal is to get through our 10 obstacles without falling and touching the airbag. Lake Manawa Dream Land Park

Lake Manawa Dream Land Park is a hidden gem near Lake Manawa. The park was built in the ’90s and was recently remodeled in 2017 as part of a community-wide effort. The Lake Manawa Dream Land park is the largest ADA-accessible playground in Iowa and was inspired by local students. This is a very large playground (18,000 square feet) for kids of all ages to enjoy. The park is home to picnic areas with shaded gazebos for family and friend gatherings at this park.

Fontenelle Forest

Fontenelle Forest in Omaha is home to a Treerush Adventures rope course. With different levels of skill, you can choose what courses you would like to tackle. The courses are designed for adults as well as kids ages 4 and up. If you are not feeling adventurous enough for the ropes course you can take a more easy approach and hike the trails at Fontenelle Forest.

Wabash Trail

Wabash Trail is a beautiful trail that is nestled within a grove of trees. The trail has plenty of shade, making this a great spot for families or long bike rides. The trail runs for 60 miles throughout southwest Iowa from Council Bluffs to Blanchard on the Iowa/Missouri border.Be sure to bring plenty of water as this is a nature trail and sits away from most businesses and restaurants. There are multiple parking destinations along the route. Lastly, gather along the Wabash Trail every Thursday evening from the spring (around April or May) through the late fall (usually until Halloween) for the taco ride.

Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium

Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo sits on over 160 acres of land and is home to many beautiful, world-class exhibits. The Skyfari ride is a must, as you will be amazed while riding the chairlift and looking down on the animals. The Omaha Zoo has unique exhibits such as a butterfly and insects pavilion, giraffe indoor and outdoor facilities, and an exhibit for gorillas that will have you laughing as they pound on the glass.

Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge

The Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge gives visitors a front-row view of the Missouri River. The pedestrian bridge stretches across a 3,000-foot walkway that is filled with families and couples enjoying the views! Chances are you will see kids on scooters, runners, or couples stargazing on this bridge.Cables suspend the bridge and are lit up by LED lights to help give it a beautiful nightlight feel. On each end of the bridge (Iowa and Nebraska) you will find bars and restaurants with delicious food and drink choices. The Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge can be a great way to kick off an evening full of fun in Omaha or Council Bluffs.

Omaha Children's Museum

Omaha Children's Museum brings every child’s dream to life. Who doesn't love pretending to be the checker at the fake grocery store and scan items through the register?!
