Glow Nights, Competitions & Hokey Pokey Reindeer!

We had so many fun and exciting events take place at The Hub this past week! In case you haven’t already heard – our new GLOW nights were a hit last weekend! We turned The Fly Zone into a dance party with lasers, black-lights, fog machines and disco balls! The new weekend glow nights will take place EVERY WEEKEND (Friday and Saturday), and have replaced our Teen Night and Parent’s Night Out events.  

Elite Cheer CB had an eventful competition weekend! Our national teams, Onyx & Diamonds, competed at the America’s Best National Championships in Kansas City and our two regional teams, Emeralds & Jade, competed in Des Moines at the Hawkeye Championship. One of our athletes was even honored with the prestigious Varsity Pinnacle Award at the America’s Best competition! Shout out to Austin Wooley who was chosen due to the impact that Cheer has had on his life, and the impact that he has on the cheer community! We’re so thankful to have such a great athlete in our facility. 

Over at Jumping Monkeys Childcare, the children are learning all about the changing seasons and why the leaves "leave" the trees. They also got to help the teachers decorate the classrooms with Christmas lights and trees! The Preschool class is practicing every day for their Christmas Recital coming up on December 19th. They LOVE memorizing songs and dance moves… especially to Hokey Pokey Reindeer (their favorite)!
